Before you send it
What does it cost?
Nothing. We rebuild your form for free, and the Free plan includes 5 reports a month. If you like it, paid plans start at $29 a month.
What kind of form can I send?
A PDF, Word or Excel file, or a clear photo of the paper form your technicians fill in today. Several forms are fine too.
My utility or fire marshal requires an official form. Can you keep it?
Yes. We keep every field in the same order and the same wording. Where an authority requires its own official form or portal, keep filing that one; your Stampario report becomes the signed customer copy and your history.
What happens to my form?
We use it only to build your template. It stays private, and we delete it whenever you ask.
How long does it take?
Usually two business days. We email you when your form is ready to try on your phone.
