Try before you pay
The Free plan costs nothing, and every account gets 14 days of Pro starting with its first finished report, with no card needed. You only pay once you choose a paid plan.
14-day refund
If you aren’t happy, email us within 14 days of any payment and we’ll refund that payment in full. No questions, no forms.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Plan & billing in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and doesn’t renew. Your reports and history stay in your account; you can keep using the Free plan or export everything.
Yearly plans
After the first 14 days, yearly plans aren’t refunded for the unused months, but you can cancel so the plan doesn’t renew.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
