What changes

Three things you stop doing

Application records your state asks for

Many states require the product, EPA Reg. No., amount, target and applicator for each application. Product picks fill the EPA number for you.

Quarterly routes that drift

Each customer gets a quarterly cycle. The call list shows who is due, with the contact to confirm the visit.

Customers who never see what you did

Photos of activity, areas treated and the next-step note arrive by email with your logo, instead of a door hanger.

The call list builds itself

Rules & filing

What to know for pest control

Requirements vary by state, city and the code edition your authority having jurisdiction uses. This is a starting point, not legal advice.

  • States set their own pesticide record rules. Texas, for example, requires records to be kept for two years; California requires monthly use reports to the county. Check your state lead agency.
  • The report records product, EPA Reg. No., amount and target per application, plus the applicator’s certification on the signature line.
