The short version

  • Your reports, customers, addresses, photos and amounts belong to your company. We use them only to run the service for you.
  • We never sell data and never show your customers or addresses to anyone outside your company.
  • You can export or delete your company’s data at any time.

What we collect

Account details (name, work email, company name, phone, shop address). The content you create: reports, photos, signatures, customers, contacts, properties, equipment and recurring services. Basic usage data (pages visited, features used, device and browser) to improve the product.

Your customers’ information

You enter your customers’ names, addresses, emails and phone numbers. We process them on your behalf, only to send the reports and reminder emails you set up. Every reminder email names your company, includes your business address and has a one-click unsubscribe link. We don’t send text messages today.

The try-it page

What you type on the try-it page stays in your browser. If you choose to create an account, the report is passed to the sign-up page inside the link itself, not stored on our servers before you sign up.

Who processes data for us

We use a small set of providers to host the service: database and sign-in (Supabase), file storage and hosting (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe) and product analytics (PostHog). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and, with your consent where required, to measure how the site is used. You can decline analytics cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. If you close it, we delete your company’s data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (for example billing records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California), you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information. Email support@stampario.com.
