About plans and billing
When does the 14-day Pro trial start?
With your first finished report, not the day you sign up, so a slow week doesn’t use it up. Afterwards you stay on Free unless you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Monthly plans cancel any time. Yearly plans cost about two months less: Pro is $24 a month billed yearly ($288), Team $57 a month billed yearly ($684).
Do my customers pay anything?
No. Customers sign on your phone and get the PDF by email or text. They never need an account.
How do automatic reminders work?
Each recurring service has a due date and a reminder date. On the reminder date the customer gets an email in your company’s name asking them to call or reply to book. Customers who don’t respond stay on your call list. Text messages are coming next.
Why are branding and history on the free plan?
Because a report with your logo and a record of every visit are the point of the product. Paid plans add volume, reminders, your own email and people.
Who counts as a person on Team?
Field technicians who fill reports. Office staff who only view, schedule or send are free.
